Parmesans Wood Stone Pizza opened its doors in April of 24. Owners Michael and Mary Ann Papandrea created a true mom-and-pop operation, with Michael as the chef and Mary Ann in charge of service. Parmesans was created from their combined years of restaurant experience. The concept they created was to take fresh ingredients and a wood-burning stone oven and recreate the taste and fresh-baked feel of an old Italian village and create the best Italian restaurant around. Parmesans slogan of pizzapastapastry gives a brief overview of what we do. Our hand-pulled old-fashioned pizza crusts are baked directly on the stone, giving the pizza a distinct crispy crust. Parmesans has many signature pasta dishes but also our menu will give customers the chance to witness Michael's classical culinary training offering specialties such as beef and sausage braciole, chicken francaise, wood-stone roasted loin of pork, and "the best eggplant around.
